Connect your Facebook leads.
Authorize your business Page, route its instant-form leads into your own LeadPulsar workspace, and check that a test inquiry arrives.
Before you connect
- A LeadPulsar account with an active owner plan or trial.
- A Facebook profile with administration and lead access for your business Page.
- A Facebook lead ad that uses an instant form on that Page.
- The LeadPulsar workspace where your business should receive those leads.
The workspace owner connects the Page. Teammates work the leads after their paid seats and invitations are active.
From Facebook form to your Inbox.
Follow these four steps, then verify delivery with a test lead.
- 1
Activate your LeadPulsar plan
Finish checkout using your account email. An active plan or owner trial gives your workspace access to connect a Page.
Choose a plan - 2
Authorize Facebook
In Connections, choose Connect a Page. Sign in with the Facebook profile that manages your business Page and has permission to access its leads. Approve the Page and lead permissions requested by LeadPulsar.
Open Connections - 3
Choose the right business Page
Back in LeadPulsar, choose the authorized Page. Its lead-ad forms route into this workspace. All lead forms on the connected Page are included. Check the Page name and Connected status before testing.
- 4
Confirm a lead reaches your Inbox
Open Meta’s Lead Ads Testing Tool, select your own connected Page and form, then create a test lead. Return to Inbox and refresh. Match the record and form answers, then check Last lead received in Connections.
Open Meta’s testing tool
Before relying on the connection, verify a new test lead appears in your own Inbox. Your ad’s Facebook Page must match the Page you connected.
Open InboxCheck the connection, then the lead.
My Facebook Page is missing
Check that you signed into the Facebook profile that manages this Page and approved it during authorization. Ask the Page administrator to confirm your lead access. If your business uses Meta’s Leads Access Manager, have the administrator check access for your profile and the CRM integration. Return to Connections and authorize the Page again.
The Page is connected, but I have no leads
Confirm your ad’s Page and instant form match the connected Page. Check Billing for an active plan or trial. Create a fresh test lead for your own Page with Meta’s Lead Ads Testing Tool, then refresh Inbox. In Connections, check Last lead received, the delivery queue and any error. Background recovery may take a few minutes.
Meta’s tool allows one test lead per form. Follow its guidance if that form already has a test lead. A lead shown in Meta still needs to appear in LeadPulsar to confirm routing.
My Page says “Needs attention”
Check the displayed reason and your plan. If Facebook permissions changed, use Connect a Page to authorize the same Page again. The owner can use Retry failed leads after fixing the error. Keep Page and lead permissions available for the connection to continue working.
Where do leads and teammates go?
The selected Page routes leads into the workspace where its owner connected it. A Page can be connected to one LeadPulsar business at a time. Use the workspace switcher if you manage more than one business. An owner costs $19.99/month or $129.99/year. Every additional teammate is $10/month on either plan; buy the seat in Billing before creating an invitation.
What should I send support?
Email contact@leadpulsar.io from your account email. Include your workspace name, Page ID, form ID if available, the test time, and the error shown in Connections. Leave passwords, access tokens and customer contact details out of the message.
