Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026. LeadPulsar is operated by VIRTUTERRA HOLDINGS, LLC. This policy describes the data used to provide the LeadPulsar service.
Account and business information
We process your email address, account identifier, business name, team membership, and subscription information to provide access and manage your workspace. Stripe processes payments. LeadPulsar does not store full payment card numbers.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in requests your basic profile and verified email address. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your contacts. We verify the Google identity on our server and create an encrypted, time-limited LeadPulsar session. Google sign-in is separate from the authentication configuration used by other Pulsar products.
Meta Page and lead information
When you authorize a Meta Page, we process its identifier, name, access permissions, and access token to retrieve leads from that Page’s forms. Leads may include names, emails, phone numbers, form responses, and advertising identifiers. Page tokens are encrypted on the server. Lead data is assigned to the business that connected the Page and made available to its authorized teammates.
How information is used
We use this information to deliver leads, display your inbox, manage assignments and follow-ups, recover failed deliveries, verify subscriptions, and protect the service. We do not sell your Meta lead information or use it for cross-business advertising profiles. Your business is responsible for its collection notices, contact permissions, and lawful use of its leads.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application, Supabase provides the database and optional email authentication, Google provides Google sign-in, Stripe provides billing, and Meta supplies the authorized lead information. Each provider processes the information needed for its service under its own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and security
LeadPulsar uses cookies for sign-in and to protect the Meta connection flow. Session cookies are restricted to the LeadPulsar application. Customer database access is scoped to the user’s business workspace. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every possible threat will be prevented.
Retention and deletion
Workspace information is retained while you use the service. You can disconnect Meta Pages and request deletion of the related lead data. A business owner can cancel billing and delete their business workspace. Billing providers may retain transaction records required by law. A minimal trial-eligibility record is retained to prevent repeated free trials. Copies may remain in provider backups until those backups expire under the provider’s retention practices.
Your choices
You can export leads, remove teammates, disconnect a Page, or remove LeadPulsar in your Meta business integrations. See the data deletion instructions to delete your workspace or Meta data.
Contact
For privacy questions or a deletion request, email contact@leadpulsar.io from the address associated with your business account.
