Terms of Service

Effective October 4, 2026. These terms apply to the LeadPulsar service operated by VIRTUTERRA HOLDINGS, LLC. Creating an account or using the service means you agree to these terms.

Your account and business

You must be authorized to represent the business and connect its Meta Pages. Protect your account and invite only authorized teammates. Each business has its own workspace; each plan applies to one business and includes one owner. Additional teammates require paid seats.

Pricing and renewal

The monthly owner plan costs $19.99 USD per month. The annual owner plan costs $129.99 USD per year. Both include one owner. Every additional teammate costs $10 USD per month on either plan, including when the owner is billed annually. Seat increases are prorated and require successful payment before additional access opens. Seat reductions take effect immediately without a refund for the current period. Remove members or revoke pending invitations before reducing seats; removing a person alone does not stop billing for that seat. Charges are processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

The 2-day trial

An eligible business can use one 2-day free trial for the owner. Additional paid teammate seats are available after the first successful base-plan payment. A payment card is required. The trial starts when Stripe completes subscription checkout. When the trial ends, your card is charged at the plan and quantity shown in checkout. Cancel through Billing before the trial ends to avoid that charge. The exact trial end is displayed in your workspace and Stripe’s billing portal.

Cancellation and access

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Billing. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Paid access depends on successful payment and an active subscription. Failed payments, refunds, and disputes can suspend lead retrieval or require payment review. You can still sign in to review billing and export available records.

Meta connection

Lead retrieval depends on Meta’s availability, approved permissions, your Page authorization, and a valid access token. Meta may change or revoke access. Reconnecting may be necessary. LeadPulsar is an independent service and is not endorsed by Meta.

Permitted use

Use the service only for Pages and data you are authorized to access. Do not resell access credentials, attempt to access another business’s information, send unlawful communications, or use lead information in ways that violate applicable law or Meta’s terms. Your business is responsible for consent and contact permissions.

Your information and deletion

You retain responsibility for your lead information. You authorize LeadPulsar to process it to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for provider and data processing details. Cancel subscriptions and disconnect Pages before deleting a business workspace.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, including retry and recovery mechanisms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed delivery from third-party systems, or business results. Report delivery issues promptly and verify critical lead intake independently.

Public launch

During setup, live purchases and Meta connections remain closed until the required commercial access is verified. An account or preview does not establish that the service is ready for public Meta lead retrieval.
