Data deletion

Disconnect Meta

In your Connections tab, disconnect each Meta Page. You can also remove LeadPulsar through Meta’s Business Integrations settings. Disconnecting stops new lead delivery; existing records remain until you delete them or the workspace.

Delete your LeadPulsar business

Sign in as the business owner, cancel your subscription in Billing, and disconnect your Pages. Then use the deletion control below.

Deleting a business removes its LeadPulsar leads, team memberships, Page connection records, and workspace settings. It does not delete a shared SignPulsar account or any SignPulsar information.

Meta deletion requests

Meta can submit a signed request to the LeadPulsar deletion callback. The response includes a confirmation code and this page for the deletion status. Only data associated with the verified Meta identity is eligible for that request.
